Asrael / Asrael - Napětí v krajině / Tension in the Landscape 2012

Anděl smrti Asrael nemusí být nutně symbolem neodvratného konce – je majestátní, hrozivý ve své definitivnosti, ale pod vnitřní bouří emocí cítíme podobně jako Josef Suk širší pochopení proč tu jsme a kam jdeme. Osobně vzhlížím k celoživotnímu Sukově dílu, jako k pramenu nevysychajícího lidství – počáteční lásku  a bolest nad předčasnou smrtí milované ženy, dokázal proměnit v úchvatnou vizi lásky širší: k rodné zemi / ten, který procestoval s Českým kvartetem celý tehdejší civilizovaný svět, věděl nejlépe jak chutnají domácí obzory / až k lásce, která se obrací k veškerenstvu ve strhující výpovědi budoucího Světla. Kdo by přeslechl tento zřetelný podtón jeho hudby?

Jiří Bělohlávek dovezl před třemi lety na Pražské jaro BBC Orchestra z Londýna se Sukovým Asraelem – bylo pero mne velkým povzbuzením vidět a hlavně slyšet, že cizinci už rozumí té jemné struně naší kultury, která v nejzazších záhybech lidské duše vyjevuje pravdu o umění…

Asrael / Asrael - Tension in the landscape

Angel of Death Asrael must not be necessarily the symbol of inevitable end - is majestic, awesome in its finality, but under the inner storm of emotions we feel like Josef Suk broader understanding of why we are here and where we go. Personally, I consider Suk´s  lifelong work as a source of inexhaustible humanity - the initial pain of love and untimely death of beloved wife, he turned into a breathtaking vision of love broader: to his native country / who traveled with the Czech Quartet through the whole civilized world knows  best how tastes the horizons of home / to the love that turns to a stunning vision of the universe in the Light of the future. Who would not hear this distinct undertones of his music?

Three years ago brought Jiri Belohlavek at the Prague Spring The BBC Orchestra,London with Suk´s  Asrael - to me it was very encouraged see and especially hear that foreigners already understands this delicate string of our culture, which in the farthest folds of the human soul reveals the truth about art ...
