Abstraktní tvar je v dějinách umění přítomen po celá staletí – jen způsob čtení ze strany diváků se mění. K problému 20. století: někde na konci expresivní abstrakce padesátých-šedesátých let nastává možná onen zřetelný posun k estetizaci a „vyšumění“ v nezávaznou dekoraci. Současná infantilní upovídanost doby má snad své kořeny v potlačené vizualitě – věk vizuálních ataků způsobil paradoxně neuvěřitelnou necitlivost k barvě a základním / obrazovým / vjemům. Vzniká logicky další hlad po dosud nezprofanovaných oblastech lidského vědomí…

Abstract form is present in art history for centuries - just a way of reading of audience is changing. To the problem of 20th  Century: somewhere at the end of the expressive abstraction fifties-sixties maybe occurs this distinct shift to aestheticisation and "trivialization" in a non-binding decoration. The contemporary infantile verbosity of our period has perhaps its roots in repressed visuality - the age of visual attacks paradoxically caused an incredible insensitivity to the color and basic visual perception.
